Personalized Member-Managed LLC Operating Agreement
The operating agreement is an internal governing document generally required for limited liability companies. We provide a customized, editable operating agreement for you. You will receive the documents in hard copy as well as in electronic format.

10 Personalized Member Certificates
Membership Certificates may be issued to each member of a limited liability company. We

Federal Tax Id / Employer Identification Number
A Federal Employer Identification Number (EIN) – also referred to as a Federal Tax Identification Number – is like a social security number for a business entity. An EIN is required to open a business bank account, file tax returns, and hire employees.

State filing fees and additional suggested registrations and filings

A limited liability company (abbreviated L.L.C. or LLC) in the law of the vast majority of United States jurisdictions is a legal form of business entity that provides limited liability to its owners.

Often incorrectly called a "limited liability corporation" (instead of "company"), it is a hybrid business entity having certain characteristics of both a corporation and a partnership or sole proprietorship.

The primary characteristic an LLC shares with a corporation is limited liability, and the primary characteristic it shares with a partnership or sole proprietorship is the availability of pass-through income taxation. It is often more flexible than a corporation and it is well-suited for companies with a single owner.
